120 people during the day for your ceremony and reception. Up to 200 in the evening although there is a charge of £25 per person above 150.

You are welcome to hire any tables and chairs for your ceremony & party. The venue has round, trestle (pine) and picnic tables available along with crossback chairs. Our trestle tables are 8”x 3” and seat four on each side (one each end), our round tables are 6” diameter and seat ten and our picnic tables (outside only) seat six.

Yes, the venue has a magnificent, purpose built sound system, designed to be very loud in all the right places, throughout the Calf Shed and Main Barn. Bands and DJ’s can connect at either end of the main barn using standard XLR cables and brides and grooms can connect in the Calf Shed or Main Barn using Bluetooth or an aux cable. A microphone is provided for speeches in the Main Barn.

Yes.

Yes, we welcome external suppliers. The only exception to this is the caterers and bar service who must be our approved suppliers. We have a list of other recommended suppliers we send to couples on confirmation of their booking.

Yes, Llantilio House can provide a wedding planner/coordinator to ensure your day runs seamlessly!

It is up to couples to decide where and when they’d like their ceremony and to organise this directly with Heidi (our local vicar) or the Monmouthshire registrars.

The barns are a blank canvas for you to style and fill as you please. We do not decorate them, but feature a variety of florists and stylists in our suppliers list who can.

Yes, but you will need to book another night’s accommodation or a late check out for this. If you are planning a lunch for more than 50 you will also need to book the main barn for the day.

We say 12pm for the barns the day before the wedding and 4pm for the accommodation to cover ourselves. In reality you can usually have access to the barns that morning and the accommodation from around lunchtime.

We ask for the music to stop by 12:45am so guests can vacate the barns by 1am.

Crockery is supplied by our caterers and glassware is supplied by the Watering Hole. Should you wish to hire in different crockery or glassware, you or your stylist will need to discuss this and take responsibility for it.

We work with “The Watering Hole” who provide drinks packages and bar options. There is an option to provide your own prosecco/champagne and wine which includes a service charge to cover chilling, staff and glassware etc.

We have a list of preferred caterers for you to choose from, with an option to suit different styles and taste buds. We only allow catering by our approved caterers.

Yes, we do allow candles in the barns on the basis that all wax is cleared up if any is spilt.

We have 4 fire pits, you can bring your own wood to burn or buy fuel from us.

Yes, we provide boule and croquet and look out for our new Games Shed coming in 2024. Lawn games can take place in the front or back garden of the farmhouse but not the courtyard.

Llantilio House will always have a representative or two on hand during the day and/or a coordinator if requested.

This needs to be planned with your coordinator or caterer.

Yes, we have two local churches less than a mile away in either direction.

Yes, we love a confetti shot too! We ask that you choose only natural petals or water-soluble rice paper confetti.

No, due to residential housing and livestock these are not permitted.

Yes, but unsurprisingly only outside.

We allow one or two well behaved dogs. They must be kept downstairs and off the beds.
